The Bicol Region, Isabela, Aurora, and Quezon will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms on Monday due to the easterlies affecting the eastern parts of Luzon and Visayas, PAGASA said in its weather forecast.

Flash floods or landslides may be possible due to the rains which may be heavy at times.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country meanwhile will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Mindanao and localized thunderstorms. During severe thunderstorms, flash floods may occur.

Coastal waters will be moderate in the northern and eastern sections of Luzon, and slight to moderate in the rest of the country.
