Client Service Information

The Charities Directorate can provide general information about registered charities, how to apply for registration, how to issue official donation receipts, and how to complete the annual T3010 Registered Charity Information Return.

Contacting Through Your CRA Account

If you have a CRA online account, you can now complete many actions that previously required written correspondence directly through your account:

  1. Sign in to your CRA account;
  2. Select “Update registered charity or RCAAA information”;
  3. Choose the appropriate category from the dropdown menu.
