A new sports bar could be coming to the former Buffalo Wild Wings spot on Water Street

An occupancy application has been filed for a new sports bar to take the spot of the former Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant on Water Street.

The application by Dino Shackelford Jr. shows plans for Egnigma Sports Bar on the first floor of the building at 1123 N. Water St.

Plans include sit-down seating, food and alcoholic beverages in the nearly 10,000-square-foot space, the application shows.

The space has been vacant for the last 12 months, according to the application.
